By signing up and actively using the GetProCash program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. GetProCash may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with GetProCash. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the GetProCash program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

You and GetProCash are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and GetProCash. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of GetProCash. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the GetProCash program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

GetProCash will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or GetProCash program, even if GetProCash has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, GetProCash aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with GetProCash and may result in legal prosecution. GetProCash strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. GetProCash may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. GetProCash will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Privacy Policy

At GetProCash, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use GetProCash's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

Data collection

GetProCash collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.
Some of our services require you to register for an account. GetProCash asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, paypal account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Cookies

Upon your first visit to GetProCash, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.
We use cookies to improve the quality of our service and to better understand how people interact with us. GetProCash does this by storing user preferences in cookies and by tracking user trends and patterns of how people access our site.
Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some GetProCash features or services may not function properly without cookies.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service. Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this program.

Payment

Payments are sent on or around the last day of the month for cash out requests made during the prior month. GetProCash does not pay out in the following circumstances: to members who reside outside the USA, Canada, or the UK; to members with incomplete or inaccurate account information. PayPal payments are sent to Verified accounts only. In some cases payments may require additional time than above-indicated to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed/paid-out the following month, as there are sometimes delays in receiving commissions on, and, by participating in GetProCash, members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until GetProCash has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment, accounts are audited for validation, to ensure both that no fraud has taken place and that the offer(s) has been paid upon. GetProCash will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that offers completed have been so validated. GetProCash reserves the right to request proper identity verification for any and all accounts without stating a reason therefore. If such a request is made of a member and subsequently refused, GetProCash reserves the right to withhold funds.

Non-Liability

At no time will GetProCash be liable for anything resulting from the use of a member's account. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: suspension or termination of an account, dissemination of information concerning an account, legal proceedings initiated against a member, or any damages (actual or consequential) from lawsuits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences. GetProCash is solely an intermediary between members and advertisers, and is neither ensuring nor endorsing products or services advertised on GetProCash. Members are solely responsible for any and all consequences of decisions made with regard to any partners' websites. .

Non-Responsibility

GetProCash is not responsible to any user/member and, at its discretion, may terminate the service for any user/member at any time, without notice. Upon termination, GetProCash has no further responsibility toward any user/member, whether past or present.

 

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member's personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's

Termination

Termination of a member's account constitutes forfeiture of the privilege to create a new account. Only one account per household is allowed; if more than one account is created for the same household, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all monies forfeited. Members are required to use true and accurate account information when signing up and to keep their account information up-to-date at all times. If a member is found to have incomplete, inaccurate, or false account information, that account is subject to termination without notice. Members may cancel the use of GetProCash at any time by emailing admin@getprocash.com and making such request. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. GetProCash will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended. GetProCash reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members who are deemed to have fraudulently completed offers, no matter how insignificant the degree of fraud.

Changes to this Policy

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page.
